On this site, we invite all of our Amigos to share your stories, add your photos, and check in on what's happening in Nicaragua! What God started 10 years ago in a small church youth group, He has transformed and inspired to be a positive force in the lives of the poor, especially in Nicaragua. Through the amazing support of inspired volunteers and a small dedicated staff we have been able to provide over $30 million in aid to the poor in Central America and the Caribbean while keeping our operating costs to only 2.7% of donations.

We are back in full swing down in Nicaragua, investing in new projects and completing old ones. The clinical staff is working on a nutrition program to educate families about different types of vegetables they can grow in order to maintain a healthy diet. The education team has instituted "Club Creativo", an after school program which introduces reading and learning in a positive light. The micro-finance team is continuing to provide hope through the Pay It Forward program, and Bead Amigas is thriving. Our mission team is busy with new groups, working to build new houses in Villa, complete construction of the school in El Chonco, and travel with the water team to drill new wells. So much is going on!
